NIWOT, Colo. (WTHR) — Crocs plans to close its remaining company-owned manufacturing facilities.

The Colorado-based shoe manufacturer will close its last facility in Italy; It already closed its Mexico facility.

The company said future manufacturing will be outsourced, according to a presentation to investors.

The shoe manufacturer also announced that its chief financial officer resigned, according to BusinessWire.

These moves are all part of the company's plan to simplify the business. Last year, Crocs announced it was closing more than 150 stores by the end of 2018, WKYC reported. The company is committed to reducing its number of stores to less than 400.

Anne Mehlman, will take over as the new CFO on August 24.
